AGAR, Robert A.; of Gladwin; formerly of Waterford; January 24, 2015; age 69; husband of Norma for 32 years; father of Todd Agar, Tammy Ross and Tyrone Agar; stepfather of Tony (Judi) Garbovits, Brenda (Don) Boutwell, Sherron Metrick, Debbie (Clarence) Head, Margaret (Jerry) Lazenby, Rich (Lisa) Garbovits and Roxanne (Steve) Nelson; also survived by several grandchildren & great grandchildren; brother of Roseanne Davenport and Gary Agar; preceded in death by parents Earl Agar & Annette Fisher and many brothers & sisters. Bob retired from Waterford Township, Animal Control. He enjoyed fishing and traveling. Funeral service Thursday, January 29th at 12:30 p.m. at Lewis E. Gerda Anna Margareta (Jansson) Lundquist

Age: 95
Celebrating the life of Gerda Anna Margareta (Jansson) Lundquist who went to be with Jesus her Savior January 24, 2015 at age 95. She was preceded in death by her husband Bror Eric, daughter Katherine & son-in-law, Gary Konow. She is survived by her son John Lundquist and his wife Carolyn Ann; her daughter Ann & her husband Jim Rogers. She was deeply loved by her family including eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. During this life she gave praise and worshipped in faith at Orchard Lake Community Church and Mt. Zion Temple in Clarkston and was a core leader in Community Bible Study. She loved spending time with her family, studying her Bible, playing tennis & golf. Visitation to be held 2:00PM – 7:00 PM, February 3, 2015 at Elton Black & Son Funeral Home, 1233 Union Lake Road, White Lake, Michigan. Final viewing to be held at 12:00 Noon, February 4, 2015 at Mt. Zion Temple, 4900 Maybee Road, Clarkston, Michigan with funeral service at 1:00PM.

Nolan Curtis Keener

Died: Saturday, January 24, 2015
Age: 90
Nolan of Ortonville was born Oct. 31, 1924 in Rabun Gap, Ga. to the late Virgil and Sally (nee: Curtis) Keener. Beloved husband of the late Nina Keener; survived by four sons, Curtis (Sherrie) Keener, Wayne Keener, Phillip Keener and Rick (Kim) Keener; seven grandchildren, Heather, Renee, Kristi, Amanda, Nicole, Jason and Cody; four great-grandchildren, Alex, Jack, Emery and Lucia; two sisters, Katherine Laverne Keener and Leta Mae Keener; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Nolan retired from Pontiac Motors. He was an avid gardener and loved watching deer and wildlife. A memorial service will be held (day, time and location is pending). Burial of cremains at Ortonville Cemetery. From 1-5 p.m., Feb. 22, the Edna Burton Senior Center, 345 Ball St., Ortonville, will host a memorial gathering for Nolan. In lieu of flowers, have breakfast with a friend.

Lois Allen

Died: Friday, January 23, 2015
Age: 77
Lois Irene Allen, of Lake Orion, passed away on January 23, 2015. She was 77.

Survived by her beloved husband Ottis Francis Allen of 57 years; and children, Jeff (JoAnn) Allen, Kim (Thomas) Corr and Rodney Allen.

She was a blessed grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 beginning with visitation from 3 to 6 p.m. followed by a service at 6 p.m. at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home in Lake Orion. www.sparksgriffin.com

Teresa Patricia Bauer

Died: Friday, January 23, 2015
Age: 52
Bauer, Teresa "Terri" Patricia; (previously Formicola); age 52; of Lake Orion; previously of North Branch. Passed away peacefully in her home from an illness on January 23, 2015. Terri was born on September 19, 1962 in Detroit to parents Patricia and Ron Bauer. She graduated from Rochester High School, class of 1980. Terri worked for many years with her family’s classic car restoration shop, Cactus Auto Restoration and Crete Busters Concrete Company. She was also an integral part of her family’s auto racing team, Cactus Motorsports. She later earned her massage therapy license and started her own business. Terri loved horses and was an accomplished equestrian. The thing she loved most in this world was her family and friends. She was very proud to be her father’s daughter and was thrilled to have recently become a grandma. She would do anything for the people she loved and would always go out of her way to make others happy. Terri is survived by the father of her daughter, Tony Formicola; her daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Dan Prevost; granddaughters, Trinity, Liberty, and Ariana Prevost; her mother, Patricia Bauer; her father, Ron Bauer; and her sister, Cindy Bauer. Memorial Services were held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 1pm at her church, New Beginnings Baptist Church in Lake Orion. Terri was active in the community and with her church and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. Ina Donnelly

Died: Thursday, January 22, 2015
Age: 83
Ina Elizabeth Donnelly, a native of Oxford, died peacefully at her home in Reading, Pennsylvania on the afternoon of January 22, 2015 after a lengthy pulmonary illness. She was 83.

Born October 25, 1931, Mrs. Donnelly worked as an LPN at Pontiac General Hospital for many years. When she retired, she moved to Reading, PA, where she took continued pleasure in tutoring in Adult Literacy students. She remained active in the Unity Church and served on the Board of Directors as well as a volunteer in other church projects.

She was predeceased by her husband Ed Donnelly; by her parents, Wayne & Gladys Mc Means; by her brothers David Mc Means and Robert McMeans - all of Oxford, MI and, most recently, by her sister Elma (Mc Means) Rubright of British Columbia, Canada.

Ina’s sister in law, Patty Mc Means Oaks of Oxford, MI and her beloved younger brother, Allen (& Judy) Mc Means, of VanZant, MO survive her, as does her daughter Jean (& Keith) Smoker of Birdsboro, PA. She also leaves grandsons Jake Williams and Nathaniel “Buzz” (& Nicki) Williams, of Port Huron, MI as well as numerous nieces, nephews & their families near and far - in Michigan, Maryland, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

Her family and friends will miss her quick wit, keen sense of humor, steadfast company and her sage counsel. She was greatly loved.

LUTEY, Joseph B. “Joe” of Grand Blanc; January 21, 2015; age 32; Loving husband of Jen; cherished father of Aiden; amazing son of Joseph and Gloria Lutey; dear brother of Christalyn (David) Palazzola and Katelyn Lutey; Brother in law of Jeremy Frederiksen, Jessica Carlson and Robert Carlson; Uncle of Ginalyn and Michaelyn Palazzola; grandson of Allan and Donna Frick; son in law of Diane Davis; grandson in law of Bob and Barb Sigety. Also survived by many extended family and friends. Joe was a dedicated Retail Manager at Wojo’s Greenhouse of Ortonville. Friends may visit Saturday 5-9 pm and Sunday 3-9 pm at the Lewis E.
